As I am working all day and have time only in the evenings to correspond via facebook, I really value the technical support that I received with regard to my question late at night. Not only was the question answered thoroughly, but also promptly. When I needed to clarify a finer detail, the tech team was available and took the time to explain the answer in layman's terms. I ended up on [The Social Networking] Forum with a little problem about tags in photos. I saw that the issue wasn't listed, posted my question and... was absolutely astonished to see that the question was answered within a mere 4 minutes! It took only 8 more minutes to move the topic to the 'Solved' section, which can be largely contributed to the minutes it took me to reply that their solution was right. Just think of that, 12 minutes for the complete process. Wow.

The [Social Networking] Forum's owner has put a lot of work into this design and the members & staff of the forum are certainly helpful at acquainting people and answering their questions..

I could not be more pleased with the prompt and helpful support I've received from this forum -- particularly The Listener! Thanks so much!
In just a few hours after joining, this forum and the forum admin have proved to be extremely helpful, and I intend to spend a lot more time here....learning my way around the forum -- and learning my way around FB.
