I'm glad to know people find our help issue. Ruby indeed makes a great job helping people with disabled and hacked accounts!
I'm not sure if the Help Centre allows you to leave links in your answers, though. Even if you're not trying to spam, because the link is helpful (if they sign up here and ask for help the proper way, we'll be able to assist them), Facebook or some people could find it abusive.
What I'm sure could be done is leaving the source of where your answers come from. Let's say a topic here helped me sort out a Facebook problem. If someone has the same question in the Help Centre, leaving the link to that topic wouldn't and couldn't be considered as spamming. (Glad to see another Help Centre contributor here!)
Thanks for your interest on the forum. Much, much appreciated.

As long as this is done privately, sure! Facebook allows its members to share anything they want (not inappropiate content, of course) as long as it's not public.
Thanks for the referral!
