I think some of them are still at school. It is about knowing how to deal with problems and being helpful! I am pretty sure they have been watched before they were chosen!

Thanks

Do you think your age shows how mature you are? If that's so, calling someone immature when you're 17 is being a hypocrite.

You seem to be upset because your Facebook account is hacked or disabled. Just like everyone else, you take it on the people who are actually trying to help. And that shows your immaturity.

While we appreciate any kind of feedback, rude comments are off the table.

@ JamesDr21: I politely asking you to mind your own business. If you have no idea who me or Tim are, don't pretend you do.

Ya think?

Please re-read your two posts in this topic, and think about who is being immature here, and who is not...

Jose wrote: I do not see anything in my comment that was rude. I said nothing about age and immaturity I said that the admins seem immature and asked there age, And although I appreciate you trying to help it's not much use because you only know what we know, your not connected with facebook...Facebook is probs the biggest networking site there is and yet there customer support is like a small site set up by a snotty 6 year old. Maybe I am taking it out on the wrong people but if facebook actually had a way of contacting them I could take it out on them.
You're even more of a hypocrite than I thought you were. Pathetic.

If I didn't "know more than you know", or anyone else here "didn't know more than you know", there wouldn't be over 1,800 solved topics in the Solved Problems section. Being outside of Facebook and yet providing support for them may not be the best for stubborn morons like yourself, but, unlike you, we're helping others out of pure volunteer work. And I doubt you know less than a third of everything I know about Facebook and websites.

If you want to contact Facebook directly, you should have figured out they keep contact forms in their Help Center (I thought you were smarter than us), instead of coming to this small site set up by me, a 6-year-old.

Um, sir? You just contradicted yourself right there. Twice actually.

No problem, let's compare notes. And let us know of another superior service/source that is connected to Facebook, and can unlock everyone's account immediately (or whatever your problem is, I didn't check your threads)

What do you expect? How much are you paying for Facebook?

Jose wrote:Maybe I am taking it out on the wrong people
Hmm, I wonder. This will really pressure Facebook to take action.

As was already pointed out, there is..if you know where to look. And I'm sure they'll scramble to satisfy all your demands as soon as you 'take it out on them'. After all, they can't lose your business.

FYI, I'm older than you. End of discussion.
