Hiding Comments

Is it possible to disallow comments on your wall posts?

yes press the x button then you would be able to hide the comments. But once you hide them you can never get it back.

Thaanks for quick reply,but I mean not allowing comments to be made a at all. Yes I know,not very social, but my org is asking for us to not allow ANY comments...for now.

okay go to your privacy settings, then custom then click only me and that should work.

click only me and then save. oh okay. Thats the only way to prevent people from writing on your wall or do you mean by blocking people from newsfeed that you can not do at all.

I don't think you can disable comments.

But you can disable users from posting on your wall which will stop them from making their own posts. But they will still be able to comment and like the page's posts.
