i was sent an email with a link that i clicked on it then went on my miscrits and it said that was banned i would like to know how long am i banned for and why

From who was the email sent? Was in inside Facebook or to your email addess associated with Facebook ?

it was an email out of my spam just clicked by accident when will my ban be lifted do you know

Have you yet actually tried to log into Facebook or are you just assuming that you are banned?
