Wall post could not be submitted Empty Wall post could not be submitted

Hi everyone,

I am a FB admin for a Facebook page and today we haven't had people posting on our wall for a few hours. We noticed this error occurs when people attempt to post. Has anyone had any exp. with this? What should I do?
