Problem is ., since the internet 'developed' from World War 2 and 'communication necessities ' ( the WWW came from the communication in WW" with people trying to 'communicated with each other ) people seem to rely on it increasingly as people put more information on it and more people have access to it

Try researching this for yourself and see what you find maybe ?
