you are trying too often ...

good morning @ all!

i have major problemes to get access with my facebook account: from your ip we manage more than one account. some weeks ago the facebook security check pops up. we have to identify us as a real person via phone number. we get the code and everything worked fine.

at the next day the same problem poped up. but this time we get no new code. we waited 48 h and try it again with differnt browsers. no new code.

we are looked out from our account with the message "you are trying too often try it later". the facebook profile ist active for other users and the password is not wrong.

So how many Facebook accounts do you have ?


Can you actually log into Facebook yet?

we have 5 accounts for different "persons".

the relevant account is still blocked, all other accounts work fine.


edit: the button "secure code" links to facebook.com/checkpoint/# - the browser do nothing. i tryed it with ie8 und ff10.

nope. after one week i tryed again to get the new code on my mobile. nothing. the account ist still unusable

any ideas?

Are you saying you never got the Code and if so did you give them your full mobile number including Country Code?
