facebook account blocked, can't log in. problem II

Hi everybody. This morning I wake up with message that says:

Please complete a security check
Security checks help keep Facebook trustworthy and free of spam.
Enter confirmation code

A code was sent to your following number: 3816********

Once you've received your confirmation code, please enter it below. This will help confirm your account ownership.
Okay, now what's the deal. I lost that number about month ago. I searched the help center, and find something for my ID Card. I sent the ID, but nothing yet. Can somebody tell me when they will see it? Please help. Thaks.

Have you actually had any email from Facebook about this?

You say you have sent 'Facebook' a copy of your Passport but to whom?

Is this the URL you use to access Facebook
