All over what i liked i did not posted anything offensive and i want a reason why they not just disabled but banned me and any new account i make gets disabled as well, heres my info Full name: Tyree Jamaul Simmons, cell: 4045127646

May one ask how many 'new' Facebook accounts you have now tried to make and are they under your real name or some other name ?

Are you sure you are on the Facebook site and not a phishing site?

When i press the log in button when i put in my user name and password this is the address i get: (https)(Colon)(Slash)(slash)(www)(dot)facebook(Dot)com(Slash)login(Dot)=(dot)php?login_attempt=1 also i use my girlfriend PC to log in and i'm still disabled and i only made 2 more accounts under my real name the 2nd one is disabled and i deactivated my 3rd one cause i know its gonna also get disabled.

Does she live close to you as if you try to log into Facebook from an area that Facebook does not recognise as yours they will not let you log in ...

Of interest how, if at all, is your own computer is protected ( its antivirus program etc)?

I tried the URL above and it still didn't work my GF lives with me and she can log into her own facebook account with her Notebook PC and Android Phone but i will try to log in using her Android Phone over her 3G to rule out an IP block. My security is Norton Security Suite Version 6.4.0.9 and fully updated... on her android phone using MetroPCS 3G Network the Android App and the Browser Version says My Account has been disabled.

Have you yet checked your email account to see if any are from Facebook and if they have already given you a warning about your Facebook activity?

The first post above is the warning email Facebook sent me but they don't tell me the reason they banned me for and if I knew what I was being disabled for then I would stop doing it. Any new accounts I make in my name and DOB will be deleted in 48 hours because of a rule in their terms of service: if you are disabled you are not to make a new account without our permission. I also looked into this on google and found that i can be banned for venting or complaining on FB: facebook to ban vague status updates

Have you done that?

Have you been rude or uncivil to anyone on Facebook ?

Have you sought to ask too many people to be your 'Friend' on Facebook ?

Have you asked anyone you do not know in the 'real world' to be your Friend on Facebook ?

Only thing i did was vent on Facebook about my internet being hacked and i said that people need to get a job stop hacking my internet and get their own (Someone hacked my easy password) idk if I've been rude if hinting to someone they should hide their map activities and they perceive it as a threat maybe they kept reporting my page and many people i add as friends i know in person except stuff like SimCity Social Games and Bejeweled Blitz, I have lots of people i know in person cause of my bad childhood i went from foster home to foster home and as soon as i turned 18 i was in shelters also so i run into alot of people but having many friends shouldn't be a problem (I wonder if its just me or many people getting banned cause i keep hearing other people cases going up, why is Facebook so strict)

so...on Facebook itself you have 'advertised' to anyone who accesses Facebook that your account is hackable...plus you tend to suggest that someone other that you has access to your computer or knows your Facebook log- in detail s or that your computer may be infected or you have used an internet cafe to log into Facebook ?

You need to be very careful with Facebook as any abuse can get reported and access to Facebook is not a 'right' but a 'priivilege' as is access to the internet...

Facebook has its own rules and if you use Facebook you have to abide by their Rules, as all of us do !!


Do you leave your computer unattended when you are not using it or do you switch it off completely ?

I meant hack my internet as in someone saw my SSID from my Wireless Router and Cracked my Security Code which was at the time handled by WEP and is now handled by WPA Maximum Security, My Facebook was not hack-able and haven't been hacked since 2010 when my Ex knew my security questions and hacked it but not no more and i set up every security measures then to keep it that way (HTTPS, Log in notifications, and Cell Phone Access Code), I would like to know if Facebook can report abusive behavior to your ISP and Local Authorities cause in the past i did post some bad things as in self harm but that was in 2009-2010 and under heavy influence confessed a crime that was never investigated, Yep i broke some rules even the one when it says do not make a new account if you are disabled and i liked and shared stuff from exposing smut pages but i never posted any pornographic material from my page.

I just want a statement from The Facebook Team why was i disabled so that i can sleep in peace knowing i'm not under investigation and bout to get 302'ed or put in Prison for Life, Look I've been through some things and my past keep catching up with me but i have family and my only contact to them was on Facebook and i thought Facebook was all about finding friends and family i had Facebook since 2008.

You do not yet tell us if you have another email address and if you have yet tried to use it to create what is called a 'dummy' account with Facebook ?

I have other email addresses but most of them was registered to my Facebook page only other on i have is my yahoo.com account that i already used
Email address removed for sake of privacy but by now they probably disabled that one too, i do got a dummy account but they can close that at any time as soon as i start telling people who i am but i want my main personal account reinstated or give me a reason i'm banned, cant be nothing too serious otherwise id either be banned from the ISP or given an Email Warning from the ISP.

Why tell people who you are as they then may report you as that may be why you got banned by Facebook ?

We do not have the power or authority to do that..sorry!!

Would you agree tat, if you do use your real name on Facebook then you get banned?

Unfortunately Facebook are not in the habit of telling people why they ban them

Am I correct in assuming that, at this point in time, you do haver a 'dummy 'account and you have access to it ?
