What good is the forum?

If this Forum can not help the players with situations with Facebook, then what good is this forum?
Is this just a place to talk and complain?
Forums are for information as well as a place to go and get help when nothing else seems to help.
Yet this forum says they can not help with anything on facebook, so what good is this forum?
I have been blocked from facebook since March they said they would fix it but have never done so.
So now I just have found another useless sire ran by Facebook great

Facebook doesn't have an official forum, FYI. We're not just a Facebook Support forum, we also deal about Facebook Facebook features and Applications, such as Photos, Videos, Notes, etc. We provide Facebook and Facebook Games news and also sections to add and meet new people on Facebook. And I think you haven't even looked at our Facebook Tutorials (all written by us), who can be found nowhere else. Isn't that enough for you?

None of us works for Facebook; I have personally once talked to a Facebook employee asking if they could send a worker to provide official support here. Unfortunately, he said no. But still, not all Facebook problems must be solved by officials; most of them are questions we can definately answer.

So avoid making this arrogant comments; if you think you can get better help somewhere else, why don't you go there? We do our best as moderators to provide the best support we can, but we don't always success. We don't only focus on Facebook Support.

Many come here with Facebook issues; although we cannot control what Facebook does or does not do or the Rules it creates for those to sign up to it, we can actually do a lot between us to support each other with problems we encounter with Facebook.

Each problem posted here is looked at, and in some sections here, especially with the Hacked accounts, a lot of research is done to try and find an answer or a way forward

If you have noticed, in some sections , computers have been infected and this alone has stopped an individual from being able to access Facebook ( not Facebook's problem but the computer user ).

All of us can pool our experiences with Facebook and what we, as an individual, did to retify that problem

You come here with your knowledge, I come with mine, Tim comes with his and so on ; we each help and assist where we can and do a lot of learning in the process

We have a Community here that seeks to help and serve that Community and those who look in from the outside as Guests


I guess you do not realise that when a problem is posted, if the solution or answer is not readily available from our own knowledge and experience, some of us do do a lot of research to try and find an answer

Do you object if we do act as a Community and seek to help each other ?

Sometimes, forum maybe not useful for you but it maybe very useful for the others :panda:
