Confirmation Code Not Received

I have ran into a bit of a snag on my Musician page on Facebook with getting a confirmation code via mobile. The interesting thing is I have already registered my mobile phone to allow mobile text (SMS) updates so that is all working fine. I am also accessing my Musician/Band Page as an administrator (Standalone: No other linked pages). When I go to register a username to change my username to a vanity username; I have ran into an issue where it states that as soon as i receive my confirmation code to enter it. Issue is the confirmation code is never received via mobile device. (proper numbering per Facebook rules for mobile updates was used.).

Any suggestions would help greatly.
