stop publishing my comments in friends wall

hello everyone.
How do I stop facebook to update my friends wall with comments I do.
Ex.

Lorenna's Wall/Photo (ex-girlfriend)
"Hi, lorenna, how's going? I miss you"
"Natasha's News Feed" (actual girlfriend)
Bruno commented on Lorenna's photo
"Hi, lorenna, how's going? I miss you"

How I prevent this relationship disaster?

You need to manually delete each story from your wall, and they won't be displayed in your friends' newsfeeds/homepages anymore.
