Lately when I upload a pic the thumbnail is blurry. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it.
A good example is the second to last one here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] It's called 'settle for a memory'.

I've changed the file type and size and nothing works.
Any ideas?
