Reseting password problem  Empty Reseting password problem

I am trying to help to my friend with recovering Facebook account.
Story goes like this:
- Password was changed for some reason on 5th April and not memorized.
Same day after failing to log in with new / old and other random passwords, she requested "reset password" thru [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
She had accsess to original e-mail, but not understanding procedure she didn't entered reset code that was received on e-mail.

After few attempts she asked for help, but account is already locked.
After entering reset code return message is:
Reset Password Unavailable
We're sorry, password reset is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.


Following similiar problems with "locking accounts" I figured out that best thing is to leave alone account for 4-5 days.
So today 11th April I tried "reset password" thrue [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Received e-mail from Facebook with password reset code, but after copying in to the box appearing I received same message:
Reset Password Unavailable
We're sorry, password reset is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.


In Facebook Help center I didn't find any solution for this issue. Can you please help me with this problem.

With respect; if the person to whom this Facebook account refers wishes to Register with us we can help them direct ....

No problem!! Suggest when they do post they tell us what Protection they have on the one computer they use to access Facebook and when it was all last updated and full computer scans run.

The more computer information we have ( Basic stuff) the more it helps to know if the computer may be infected or if it is a simple thing of getting someone back into Facebook ( did I say..'simple'?? Slap eyebrow )

My friend informed me that I must contact you personaly.

I have free antivirus Avast, since I am basic user I think it is automaticly updated.

Last time my friend ran full antivirus scan few days ago, after problem began.

It is my fault with password change, and after I failed to log on I started to panic and tried everything I had on my mind.

After that I asked for help, but account was already locked in someway.

Do you need some more additional information?

Can you please help me.

Your friends tells us that
Password was changed for some reason on 5th April and not memorized.

Did you request this change?

Please look in your email for one from Facebook about this ...

I have received following mail from Facebook on Tue, Apr 5, 2011 at 7:43 PM

"Hey Romana,

You recently changed your Facebook password. As a security precaution, this
notification has been sent to all email addresses associated with your
account.

If you did not change your password, your account may have been the victim
of a phishing scam. Please follow the link to regain control over your
account:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Thanks,
The Facebook Team"

I didn't checked my email account since my Facebook account was locked.
Please inform me about next step.
