Please tell us a bit more about your Facebook problems?

Why do you think you are unable to access Facebook?

Have you had any emails from Facebook ?

I can not fill in the security field because it is locked and asked me to send my ID. I sent a personal card and still can not log in to your account. He writes me that my account is temporarily locked. Why. I do not know. If you can some advice on how to recover my account I would be very grateful.

Have you had any emails from Facebook ?

A reply to the question of why you cannot access Facebook would be nice..what happened to stop your access?

You got an email from Facebook telling you why I guess..so what did it say?
