How Come Chat is disabled and shopping tab on personal profile?

Hi,

I was creating company fanpage and I am suppose to add their shopping app into their fanpage. Some where between giving access to the app and almost being done, their was a screen that required me to create a personal profile, I did that and thought nothing of it. And now the shopping app is on the personal profile and not on the fanpage?? What gives? Also, I am now forced to switch from personal profile to page mode, when I switch to page mode, the chat is disabled...how will the company be able to interact with their fans when it is disabled? Please help anyone out there on how to fix this?

And now i can't even access the browse apps area unless i switch from page to personal profile.
