changing look of my page

I have question and I hope some one can point me to correct direction.
Here it is
I have an account with FB for a quite a long time ( personal one ) that I have never used.
I am web and graphic designer and I fin lay decide to use FB to my professional advantage so I create a page with mu Company and I create FBML insert.
Here is a problem first Is there any way make that Page I design to be a primary - landing page of my account. And Is there a way to have my company page to be searched, I try and I guess as long as it as a sub page of my personal account it is not searchable. Plus for some reason now I have two Welcome Pages.
Even as web designer I have been around for a long time FB is kind of new to me.
Any Assistance is appreciated

Of your account of your page? To make it the default landing tab for your page, you need to check your page settings in Edit Page => Manage Permissions => Default Landing Tab. Note that your page may or may not have this option available depending on what it's categorized as.

Plus for some reason now I have two Welcome Pages.

You can delete one of them in Edit Page => Apps => X (next to Static FBML), if that's what you mean.

I think I go it
I flip in profile for personal to my business page, delete extra Welcome.
And setup default Welcome as a main page.
Still ( I guess because I log in) I an getting Welcome and Get Started page

The "Getting Started" page goes away approximately 1 month after having signed up, so don't worry about it.
