private information removed..........my friend request has been blocked for 2 months please open it

I guess you mean to say that you are unable to send any friend requests.

It is for a time being in general and happens only when some of your friend requests are ignored or reported.

Please try to add only people you know in future. I think you should be able to send requests again soon.

Until the OP replies we do not know the answer to this !!

You are ,I assume aware of the limitation Facebook has now imposed on Friends requests?
