PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM..!!!HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM..!!
EVERYTIME I START MY FACEBOOK IT ALWAYS APPEAR LIKE THAT I CAN'T SEE THE CHAT BOX... AND I CANNOT VIEW MY PROFILE

Try clearing your chache and cookies, it might just be the "web page" like you you use safari, morialla, etc. See if that works.

where can i download safari..?? cause when i use internet explorer 8 it appears the same too i am afraid it will appear the same too in safari

it happened yesterday i try to click the notification and i cant click it so i refresh the page but when i refresh it it appears like that and i restart the pc but it came the same

Try upgrading your interenet explorer. I am trying to remember on how i fixed this problem cause I had the same thing before.

but.. im using google chrome... and i upgrade the internet explorer into 8 but it appears the same.. should i try InternetExplorer 9?

Did you log out of facebook then log back in? still the same? other option is to report it to facebook.

You have of course tried to....

turn your computer off...disconnect from the internet...give Facebook a rest for a day, then try Facebook again ?

1ST CLEAR YOUR COOKIES AND CACHE
IF IT DOES'NT WORK
CHECK YOUR DATE AND TIME ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN
RIGHT CLICK ON THE TIME CLICK ADJUST DATE/TIME TO THE DATE TODAY AND THE EXACT TIME
