Questions app deleted

Hi, I had some troubles with my business account (not having personal profile) so I've tried to delete app Questions from my pages and add it back. Now I am stucked. There is no problem to find Questions app (it is here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] but I cannot install it back because I have deleted this app from app list so the button "Get Questions Now" is not working anymore. On my pages I still see questions and can create a poll but questions app is missing in the list of all apps... Is it a chance to install it again somehow? Thanx
