Hey Facebook.

Did not know until today that a forum existed:-)

ANYway...

We have a page on facebook page for a dormant that the people can like and connect to each other and get to know the people in the block that way around.
But apparently its only the admins who can see them, and not well the "normal" peoples who like the page.
Is there a setting that needs to be "turned on" so every can see who's liking the page, so new residens can make friends with the others?
Or is it a feature that has been cut of ?

Not exactly sure what the issue you're having is...

That only the moderators of this linked page, can see who is liking the link.
But normal users can only see how many and not who.

We would like it so that every one could see every specific person that like the page.
is this something that is possible to do ?

It's not possible. They can only see fans who make a post or comment. Other than that, there's no way for them to see who else is a fan.
