connection or dialog box is not coming up

FB.Connect.showFeedDialog is not showing dialogue box popup even though i have mentioned FB.RequireConnect.promptConnect argument it is neither asking connection authorization credentials popup(if the user is not logged in) nor publishing popup

here is my code

FB.Connect.showFeedDialog(163605827939,{},[],[],null,FB.RequireConnect.promptConnect);

and here are my application settings
