Business Page posts not visible on other pages

When I post onto any business page when using facebook as my page I can see the post only when using facebook as my page not when switching back to using as my personal account. Also I have checked with friends and when they go to the page I have posted on they also can not see my posting from my business page but can if i post from my personal page. I had a friend post onto the same page using his business page and his shows up. Can anyone help please??
