How to delete profile photos

I"m afraid to even ask this question on here - judging by the amount of responses to questions thus far, it appears no one has a clue about anything on this joint.

Should there be one with the answer to this - it will be appreciated I'm sure.

Question - how does one get rid of "all" pictures under profile - I have four pictures that I have even set so that only I am supposed to see them - no one else. Yet others are seeing them. Any ideas ---
