Help Please! Post visability

Hi everyone, I am going out of my mind at the moment, please help!
People are not able to see when I like a page, post something on someone else's wall or comment on a status.
How do i change it so people can see it? I have looked through the privacy settings and changed everything but still nothing! I can't even see when i've commented on something when i look at my profile!
