Trying to delete an account for a friend

I have been asked by a friend to remove a facebook account belonging to a person with special needs.
However, no one knows what the e-mail address is.

How can I go about removing this page?

I thought about reporting abuse but the none of the options listed were relevant.

Any other suggestions that I could try?

Do you want to report a profile or a business page? If it's a profile page, go to his/her profile and Report it. Then give the reason Wink
