My account has been hacked; please help me get it back ;Mod edit ; solved but left open for feedback

on thursday, 17th June 2010 I found out that somebody changed my password. I didn't do that. I repored it to Facebook and my account is temporarily suspended. (it' almost two weeks now -.-")

When I log in I am on 'Roadblock' as Facebook call it. I have to go to through 7 steps to verify that I am owner of account.
On step 3 I click 'send security code' BUT I don't get e-mail with security code on my e-mail address (I checked spam, everything - no e-mail).

I filled out these reports: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][url][/url] & [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and even this one: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
but only I get was automatic e-mails

I send them e-mails on these addresses:

From previous threads we know this computer had been infected but has been pronouced as 'logs seem to be clean ' by a Specialist forum

As far as you know has your Facebook Email address been hacked or can you still log into it ?

only my facebook account was hacked. I can log in to my e-mail address. I always log in on facebook.com. I have my password saved so I never type it in anywhere

I am not the problem. it's bug or issue on Facebook

which is why I asked about access to your Log in Email address.....

I filled that form and when I click send I'm on roadblock so I don't know is it sent

Can you possibly give us a screan shot of what you see but be sure to remove any confidential info from it

when I log in I see this:

when I click continue I see this:

write these word and click submit, click 'send security code' and see this:

but I don't get any e-mail!!! and if I click resend? nothing happend. If I click resend? too many times I get screen from first post.

Do you have any emails blocked ; I have found this which may be relevent for/ to you

My account was temporarily suspended and i got the facebook roadblock. For AGES i couldnt access my account because at step 3, the security code just would not send to my hotmail inbox. I realised that i had "notification+vordzee@facebookmail.com" blocked in my hotmail, so everyone please make sure you have removed that from your blocked senders in your hotmail options! After that, i received the security code and was able to reactivate my account. Hope this helps.

ok.. here we go.. my facebook account is back because Ruby helped me


some e-mail addresses with @facebook.com were blocked (I don't know why) and I couldn't get that e-mail.

but everything is solved now

I'll be more careful and I'll change my password every 2 weeks
