USERNAME CHANGE

Tried to change username on facebook page. Everything successful til it uploads. It freezes. Someone suggested changing browser. Didn't work. Need help! Does anyone know how I can contact Facebook tech guys or any FB dept directly if there is no way to fix this?

What do you mean by username?

You can't change the name of a Facebook fan page.

Yes you can change the username once. The new username I chose is available and confirmed but when it went to upload it gets stuck on "loading" prompt.

Have you clearing cookies and cache?

Can you take a screenshot of what happens when you try to change your username?

Don't know how to snapshot the page. But it's the settings page with a rectangle box in the middle that says:
loading...
and it just stays on the page frozen but really not loading. Here's the process:
1) I click onto change on Username
2) I type in the name I want
3) I click availability button
4) It says its available and do I want to confirm that I want it
5) I click the 'confirm' button
6) Box appears that says do I want to have secured and unsecured info showing
7) I click yes
The 'loading' box appears and then freezes there on the page

It has happened to others and one guy stated to come to this page for the answer and the other guy said to use a different browser. So I used Mozilla then explorer. Didn't work.
