What's your favorite kind of food?

I would have to say that my favorite kind of food would be Middle Eastern/Mediterranean. There's nothing better than some good hummus made from a Lebanese recipe. And how can you go wrong with Chicken Shwarma?

Hummus is hard to describe. But, if it's made with garlic, then it has a garlic taste to it. It's just really good with Pita bread or Pita chips.

It is called hommus and is made with boiled and then blended chickpeas and garlic. Easy to make and a healthy food. Try making your own.Our family diet revolves around one day pasta and one day rice with lots of variations. But my favourite is when I'm can take the trouble to make my own ravioli.
