Account temporarily disabled!

My account has been temporarily disabled and in step 3 of 7 in the process of re activating my account, it asks to for the "security code" to go onto the next step. It says it will send the security code to my email address, (my email address is correct) however, it is not sending. Therefore, i cannot re activate my temporarily suspended account which is very annoying. Please help as i have tried pretty much everything.

ive read it but i use my school email and even there ive tried to un block and allow junk emails but still no hope

have you unblocked those email addresses from Facebook .....

Do you not have a Private email address you use (can use) with Facebook ?

an EMail address such as Hotmail, G Mail......

Do you know if the School email address is 'allowed' to be used for Facebook ?

oh yeah i do have a seperate hotmail address but i cant change my address now, i have to keep using my school email
and yeah im pretty sure my school email address can be used for facebook ???

I strongly suggest you first double-check with School to ensure they do permit the use of their email system for Facebook ......

That said, if we do manage to get you back into your Facebook account you need to then decide to use a different email such as the one you have with Hotmail as to state the hopefully obvious, you will not be at school all your life and can therefore not assume to use their 'facilities and property' for ever .....

You can even create a GMail address too if you wish so you have 'more options' to select from ....

What exact message, if any, do you receive from facebook on step 3? I assume you are sure you're checking the address that is associated with your facebook account?

i am pretty sure ive allowed all emails from @facebookmail.com
but i am still not getting any emails after step 3?

As this is a school email address, how are you able to access these controls on that system to unblock email addresses?

Is there someone you can contact who can confirm which addresses are allowed and which they will block?



Of interest, for how long have you had the Facebook account and for how long have you had that Emaill addesss used with the Facebook account ??

Have you previously had emails from Facebook ?

It is very possible that the School has blocked any more from getting through as they themselves may see Facebook as a no no for email communications
