Can't Send Gifts!!!!!!!!!!!! Empty Can't Send Gifts!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I go to my Free Gifts Section, it lists all the gifts. After I click on the gift, it opens a pop-up that shows the gift, but the names list is completely blank. It asks me to enter a name, but won't accept names... just remains blank and won't allow me to send anything.

Please help!!
