PROBLEM WITH Confirm your identity
Hello
Yesterday, when I try to log in the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I was asked for the confirmation of my account through an sms to my phone. I realized, I got the sms, and the code, I introduced it on the page, and since then I only receive this page.
Confirm Your Identity
Already Your account is verified.
https: / / ssl.facebook.com / roadblock / index.php
I changed the password, but still the same. I tried with my Android and will not let me, even from a different computer, and have the same message. I have also tried IE8, Mozilla and Opera.
I have sent messages to privacy+gvicvs@support.facebook.com, info+7p07d2@support.facebook.com but only I have an autoreply
Could you please help me to fix or tell me whom should I contact? I have read in other forum threads is resolved quickly.
Many thanks!

Re: PROBLEM WITH Confirm your identity
hello
the problem has changed now. When I log into my account I get this error message
Facebook Login
Account Disabled
Your account has-been disabled. If You Have Any Questions or Concerns, You Can Visit our FAQ page here.
I have already sent several emails about my real name, but I've been three days without response. Is this normal? has this happened to anyone else? has been solved?
Thank you very much in advance!

Moved from The mobile verification failure section to the Disabled section
Can you still access the email account you have associated with Facebook?

Hi,
Facebook requires all members to provide their real first and last names. Your account has been temporarily suspended because it does not comply with one or more of the following authenticity standards:
• Fake names are not permitted.
• Initials cannot stand in place of your full name.
• Nicknames can be used, but only if they are a variation on your real first or last name, such as 'Bob' instead of 'Robert'.
• The use of professional and religious titles within names is not permitted.
• The use of special characters within names is not permitted.
• Impersonating anyone or anything is not permitted.
We recognize that this is not the issue about which you originally contacted us. Once you get back to us with your corrected information, we will reactivate your account and respond to your initial inquiry.
If you are concerned about your privacy, you can always restrict who can find you in searches from the "Basic Directory Information" page, which can be accessed by selecting the "Privacy Settings" option from the "Account" drop-down menu available from the top right corner of every Facebook page.
There is also a section to list your alternate (or maiden) name on the Account Settings page. People will be able to search for you by both your account name and your alternate name. You can select whether your alternate name will appear along with your account name on your profile, search listings and friend requests.
Thanks for your understanding,
Nate
