Password problem Empty Password problem

Post by Perdita Mon Sep 27, 2010 8:16 am

Have been using an automated logon from Norton for some time (still working). Some time ago closed email account associated with FB. Need to change email address without manually entering password - every combination of password is invalid for some reason. I guess I have lost the password but am fortunate that Norton hasn't.
Can anyone help?
Can't even close the account.

I've used Norton Internet Security 2009 before, but recently switched to Bitdefender Internet Security 2010.

Anyways, you can let Norton 'automatically' login to websites by adding your login info to Norton's toolbar. Just click the Norton button then the websites whose login details were saved, will open and be logged in for you. I myself find it unsafe for various reasons.
