Blocked from adding friends

..I would like to see how Facebook answers how "You can only add people you personally know" to your Facebook..while there are hundreds of people with up to 5,000 Friends......FACEBOOK that is supposed to be a Social/Networking Site is Anti Social!!....At one time "All" of our friends were strangers, even our Mothers and Fathers...So to block people from making new friends..and at the same time there are possible 1,000's of people with 5,000 friends..FACEBOOK IS A BIG LIE!!

Well, I couldn't agree more. You're right this last measure Facebook came up with is stupid and anti-social, since the purpose of Facebook is to add new people you don't know as well. But well... you have to thank those people that abused of this and made Facebook install this new crappy feature.

I hope Facebook outgrows this. :P
