Changing page from Community to Local Business

Just set up my work-from -home new business as a page on my personal Facebook page - but it has defaulted to "Community" page ? Can I change that to "Local Business" or should I set up a separate page with a userid and password - not sure what the best solution would be - I have 22 likes on the page, but I'm not even sure if people who are not friends can see the content as I have my security in settings on my personal friends set to "Friends Only" - do I change that too? Sorry - a lot of questions in one go, but as you can see, I'm very new to all this - really. Thanks a lot. Barbara
