can't message all members in group

I'm a part of an old style group with less than 500 people and when I try to message all members, only I get the message. Noone else in the group receives the message. What's going on?

What browser are you currently using? How are you sure only you are the one who gets the message?

I am using Firefox and I've never had a problem with this. I've also tried it on different computers. I am sure because noone else in the group has received it. I've asked and checked their accounts.
