My facebook account was disabled, please help

My facebook account name is Geena Brook, l am 30 years old & my email address linked to the disabled account is

For your own protection; Private email address removed . I know that l have done nothing wrong to deserve being banned, yet Facebook gave me an instant ban with no warning, no reason whatsoever & no chance to appeal. When l try to log in, it says -

Disabled - Ineligible
Upon investigation, we have determined that you are ineligible to use Facebook. Unfortunately, for safety and security reasons, we cannot provide additional information as to why your account was disabled. This decision is final.

I have emailed facebook 7 times to 3 different email addresses. Here is a Cause that my friends have set up for me because they think its wrong the way that this happened to me & that l should have a right to appeal or at least be given a reason because l helped hundreds of people every day with the Zoo World facebook game, I was an admin of a group called Basics of 4loot, & l also helped people daily with general facebook/computer problems. - read the comments people have made about me on the cause, the Cause has 697 members since the cause was started just 4 days ago and the number of members is still rising because people know lm a nice person & facebook has definately made a mistake banning me. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Please help, l spent a whole lot of real money on my facebook games & l even spent $80 on facebook credits just a few hours before they banned me, l also lost just over 1,500 friends & many of them thought l blocked them when l havnt.

In what way were you 'helping' people?

I helped by giving advice if anyone had problems with their Zoo game, 4loot or their computers (cache & cookie clearing & things like that that are allowed) & l sent high level animals to lower zoo level players which is also allowed. I truly believe it was a malicious report by someone who was jealous, if you read the comments people have made about me on the Cause, lm not an offensive person.

Sorry ; but if Facebook says this to you we ,on this Forum, have no ability to overturn their decision....

Yes because l know l have done nothing wrong. Someone is making spiteful malicious untrue reports about Zoo World game people who help people on lower levels of the game. I noticed someone posted a message on this forum about Linda's account being disabled too, she plays the same game that l helped people with & runs in the same circles, Linda was a friend on my disabled account, other high level Zoo game helpers have had their accounts disabled too, so its definately malicious untrue reports to facebook, thats why we need to find some sort of advocate.

My suspicion is that Facebook thinks people are cheating?

I could say that this is only Facebook and a supposedly harmless 'game' but I guess that will not 'satisfy' you?

Ok we may have found out why she lost her account. It was because fb said she used profanity but they misread a single word. She did not use a profane word but they say she did and with a ban an he

I posted a few bonuses to help my friends, the same as all game players do & l gifted high level animals to lower level players which is also allowed.

My best friend Keith wrote that on the Cause because l replied to someones question that they wrote on answers.com & l joined that site through facebook. The persons question was "What is the name of the oldest animal alive?" and l was interested in that because l love animals, but nobody had answered it so l google searched it, the answer was "a 405 year old clam nicknamed "Ming" that was found in indonesia", so l posted the answer & then someone flagged it as profane (which is ridiculous).

I need an advocate to help try & get my account back because l have done nothing wrong & l spent hundreds, even thousands of real money on my game items over the past year, l even spent $80 on facebook credits just a few hours before they banned me.

With the greatest of respect, maybe you need to remind yourself that, in what you have been doing Facebook is just games so why are you spending actual cash on such ?

I am sorry but I see no way this forum can help you and , if we do 'proceed' with anything we can find ourselves in trouble with Facebook

I think you may need to learn how to separate games from real life maybe?

I am shifting this from Disabled accounts to Other as this is not a disabled account that got Hacked but an account that Facebook has disabled for their specific reasons..

Excuse me, but "with the greatest of respect", l did not come here to be told to learn to seperate games from real life. Thats a horrid & judgemental thing to say. I am disabled & cant work or get out much, so helping people with this game & also being an admin of another help group for a site that wasnt associated with the game WAS my life & it gave me a reason to be happy with my life again because l was still socialising & helping people, l also enjoyed playing the game myself & enjoyed buying things in them so please do NOT judge me in that way because l did not expect to get wrongly banned did l. MANY people spend real money on facebook games if they enjoy them, so l guess you are also judging other disabled people who spend a lot of time & money on a site they enjoy just because that is the closest they can get to a happy & social life. I only came here to ask for advice, hoping that you would know of an advocate or even an address l could write to, but you continued to ask me nosey questions whilst knowing that you couldnt give me any advice & then you judged me on my lifestyle. Unfortunately you are upset because Facebook has banned you for what you consider to be an unreasonable reason; this forum has no control at all over what Facebook does or does not do with is Members and their accounts;

All Facebook's decisions are Final

I and this forum know absolutely nothing about your lifestyle and , if you have access to another email address you may, of course ,wish to consider creating a fresh Facebook account ( call it a 'dummy account' ...many people I believe do create them )

Please do consider what I have said and what may be a way forward for you even if it does not allow you to get back that original Facebook Account;

If you do create a new 'dummy' account be careful of how you use it on Facebook as, if they have banned you once for 'certain behaviour' they may seek to do the same if you repeat that same or similar behaviour on their Site

I suggest this may be your way forward to enable you to get back into Facebook and I hope you are able to create that 'new' account and re-establish your self on Facebook ..
