I have a face book page that has the landing page with links to the tabs on lefthand menu but when the links are clicked they open a whole new page in the active window.

How do you get a link to open the same part of a page as the link in the lefthand menus?

Finally figured it out on my own but for anyone else want to open the link without the whole page opening, used this - title="" target="_parent" in the source code.
