Road block wont work

i got locked out of one of my accounts because facebook thinks i downloaded some worm. so when i try to log in i end up with a redirect to /roadblock
well, i continue and prove that its my account by identifying people and then i get some safety tips and then im told to download a mcafee thing and that after the scan i can continue.
but after i download mcafee it wont run, and i tried this whole prosses at least 6 times
almost a week later and i still cant get in and im instead getting a message along the lines of 'you have reached your hourly limit for tries' and this resets at random, not even every hour.
how do i get past this? (also, i ran the most up to date version of malware bytes and did a full scan and came up with nothing)

What, if any, is the actual Protection on that machine; please name all of it....

it is a feature from facebook.

it told my about the worm, its called something with a Y (it vague i know. sorry.)

the virus scan DL is still from the road block. i scanned the thing with malware bytes and its clean.

facebook did partner with McAfee and the whole thing IS legit. but thats not my issue. its that it wont let me continue past where it says i reached the hourly limit.

i would then see pictures of people i know and i would name them, then i would get the safety paragraph, then the McAfee thing.

also, its only on that 1 account, ive logged into my other 2 with no problems.

Broad hit; that is an Unpatched machine!!!! XP is now on SP3 so needs updating!!!!
