Business Profile to Page

I am managing an account that had 2 prior account managers. The first created a PROFILE with the short version of the business name. The second created a PAGE with the long version of business name. The PROFILE has 6 times more fans than the PAGE. I know I can migrate the PROFILE to a PAGE and then delete the original PAGE but I am hoping to avoid losing the 100+ fans on the PAGE. Any suggestions?

I don't think it is possible to merge pages at this time. So if you convert the profile to a page, you will have two pages; the original one, and the newly converted one.

It's probably best to commit to one page, and ask the members of the other page to join/like the new one instead.

Thanks Tim. I had come to a dead in & the same conclusion. I'm looking into creating a group to get Fan to move to the migrated page. Anyone have thoughts on this please share. Happy Friday all.
