user name does not open page Empty user name does not open page

Hi, anyone experience this...we created a user name for a client and it does not work.
Going to facebook.com/clientusername only triggers the login page ...not the destination page. If you are logged into facebook the vanity page link does work, but we need to use the client's facebook-username on their website's fb link on their site. Thanks!

You seem to have country or age restrictions. For even logged out people to be able to see it, you have to remove them at Edit Page => Manage Permissions (Tab) => Country & Age Restrictions. Wink
