iframe facebook domain; FB says I'm doing this, it is not allowed

I have the following code set for the banner image.

<iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Nabil-Khatib/249739648383458?v=app_200435993346037">
<center><img src="http://hurtingpets.com/nabil/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/drysdale.png"></iframe></ center></a>

but, the banner image is not showing up. Only the blue facebook icon shows up.

Need to get it so the proper banner shows replacing the facebook image. Being new to this stuff, really lost.
