very limited use of Facebook Empty very limited use of Facebook

I have been using facebook for nearly 4 years. Lately I have been encountering all sorts of problems. It does not allow me to change my profile pic, view notifications and messages, open photos, see all posts on wall, accept friend requests or send a friend request, etc. I tried to deactivate my account to try and re-install however it does not even allow me to do this. How can I solve problem?

Pardon? What did you try to do to your Facebook account?
