There is a way to do that.

On Facebook Lite go to Settings --> Default Site --> When I go to Facebook.com, show me: --> Regular Facebook.

If you mean that you have the new Facebook Layout

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

It's not possible to change it back.
