I have removed a post I have written in my personal page, but my friends still can read it in the general page but I don't.
How is this possible? How can I really remove it for good so no one can ever read it?

You mean you posted something on your Wall and they still see it in their Homepages? That's impossible. Once it's deleted, it's completely removed from the database.
