I was banned from Chat staff complaint

I was on chat and one of the staff told me to take my bolt off and my color text, and i took my bolt off but i forgot about the text right when i was about to do it iFacebook banned me, I'm very upset about this and i want something done atleast unban me

You were asked several times to remove your bolded text and you refused to therefore you were banned
