Wall Posts

I entered a wall post on my Facebook page with a spelling mistake and I wanted to delete it but could not. Facebook Help says if I hover my mouse over the post a menu will appear which enables me to remove the post, but when I hover the mouse over the it no new menu appears. How can I delete this post?

When you hover your mouse over a post on your wall, a 'Remove' link should appear to the right of the post. Do you see the link?

No, it doesn't appear. Strangely enough it does appear when I move my mouse over posts from other people!
