Can we have a chatbox mod gaurd?

I was thinking that we should have a chatbox moderator gaurd but something like staff but have one when the mods are not on. If you were wondering why I was thinking this but everytime i go on the chat box I see new memebers asking me of what I should do to the problem. But I can not do anything since I am not a Moderator. It's fine if you guys decided not to have one i understand. But I just want to bring it up. Have a nice day!
