Switching Primary Networks Empty Switching Primary Networks

I am a freshman at Ohio State this fall. I am trying to switch my primary network from my high school to the Ohio State network, but when I click the link next to the Ohio State network that says "Make Primary Network," an error box pops up that says "You don't have sufficient permissions to do that." Can someone help me with this please?

At least a month. I don't try to switch it everyday or anything, but when I do try, I always have that problem. Is there anything I can do?
